Dr. Steinbaum partners with the American Heart Association to educate people on wellness and the prevention of heart disease.


screen-shot-2016-10-12-at-3-21-28-pmAs Spokesperson for The American Heart Association for nearly half a decade, Dr. Steinbaum has helped spread the message about Women and the Prevention of Heart Disease.  Whether she is testifying before U.S. Congress and State Senators, ringing the opening bell at the NASDAQ stock exchange, or flicking the switch that illuminates the Empire State Building’s red floodlights during each February’s annual “National Heart Health Month,” Dr. Steinbaum has been honored to serve in these  capacities in order to help spread the message that each year, more women die from cardiovascular disease than the top seven cancers, combined.  In addition, Dr. Steinbaum serves as Medical Liason and Director of the AHA’s Young Professionals organization.
